Admission Procedure

Upon availing of this prospectus, following documents required for admission:

  • 1.

    BFC Application Form (Attached in Prospectus)

  • 2.

    Attested copy of birth certificate/ Form ‘B’ issued by NADRA

  • 3.

    Attested passport size photographs of student with blue background

  • 4.

    Attested copies of parents CNICs (1x each)

  • 5.

    School leaving certificate from last school attended (Junior Montessori exempted)

Fee Concession

Following Concession are available as per BFEI Rules-2024

  • Sibling
  • Children of BF & BFEIs Regular Employees
  • Children of BF & BFEIs Contract Employees
  • Children of Naval Personnel
  • Children of Army & Air Force Personnel
  • Martyrs of Défense Personnel (MDP)
  • Merit Scholarship

Payment of College Dues

Following instructions are to be strictly observed:

  1. Fee challan are issued by 5th of each month.
  2. College dues shall be paid through online methods/Apps or bank counter. 
  3. Monthly fee/challan must be cleared latest by 15th of each month.
  4. Late fee/fine will be charged after due date, till 25th of each month as mentioned in fee challan. 
  5. Monthly fee once paid is not refundable.
  6. Feed structure may be revised according to financial exigencies.
  7. College leaving Certificate is issued only after all dues have been cleared.
  8. In case of non-payment of dues for consecutive two months, the name of the student is struck off from the college roll on the last working day of the second month. If re-admitted, the entire admission fee will be charged.
