Admission Procedure

Upon availing of this prospectus, a list of documents required for admission:

1.

BFC Application Form
2.

Attested copy of birth certificate/ Form ‘B’ issued by NADRA
3.

Attested passport size photographs of student with blue background
4.

Attested copies of parents CNICs (1x each)
5.

School leaving certificate from last school attended (Junior Montessori exempted)

Note Attested documentary proof forwards of beneficiaries (Retired and Serving Armed Forces Personnel, Shuhada, and BF Staff) as listed earlier.

Fee Policy

Fee Concession

1- Children of serving and retired defense personnel

The Children of both serving and retired Defence personnel are subject to the production of service certificates and Form B.

2- Children of Teachers/Staff of Bahria Foundation

3- Siblings discount in tuition fee

a. 1st Child: Nil
b. 2nd Child: 10%
c. 3rd Child: 20%

4- Children of Shuhadas / Martyrs of Defense Personnel / Deceased Guardian (During Studies)

Note Fee Concession % is subject to BFC Rules.

Payment of College Dues

Following instructions are to be strictly observed:

Fee slips are issued to all students by college accounts office during the last week of every month for the next month.
College dues should be paid through the Bank indicated by College.
Full fee is charged for the month in which the student in admitted.
College dues must be cleared latest by 15th of each month.
A fine of Rs.200/- per month will be charged after due date, till the day of payment.
Fee once paid is not refundable.
Feed and funds may be revised according to financial exigencies.
College leaving Certificate is issued only after all dues have been cleared.
In case of non-payment of dues for consecutive two months, the name of the student is struck off from the college roll on the last working dayof the second month. If re-admitted, the entire admission fee will be charged.
